本文讨论了用应力松弛法测定超塑性材料的应变速率敏感性指数的原理。结合对 Ti—2.5%Cu 合金的测试结果,分析并比较了用应力松弛法和最常用的应变速率改变试验法测得的应变速率敏感性指数的差别;并讨论了它们的应用范固。
This article discusses the principle of stress relaxation to determine the strain rate sensitivity index of superplastic materials. Combined with the test results of Ti-2.5% Cu alloy, the difference of strain rate sensitivity index measured by stress relaxation method and the most commonly used strain rate change test method was analyzed and compared. Their applications were also discussed.
