天麻(Gastrodia elata Blume)属兰科植物,药用其干燥块茎。天麻的主要成分为天麻素(Gastrodin)。天麻生长缓慢,人工栽培也较困难。因此,人们都在研究天麻素的化学结构及其有效成分,进行人工合成。为提高临床疗效,又进一步进行了天麻素衍生物的研究,本实验所用乙酰天麻素(代号 GO2)就是衍生物之一,系第二代人工合成品。实验研究与临床观察报导,天麻素的主要作用是镇静、止痛、抗惊厥等,药用量几乎没有毒付作用。乙酰天麻素是否仍具有上述作用?其机理如何?若能降低中枢神经系统的兴奋性,就有可能降低机体对缺氧的敏感性。为了证实上述设想,我们进行
Gastrodia elata Blume is a plant of the orchid family and its medicinal properties are its dry tubers. The main component of Gastrodia is Gastrodin. Gastrodia grows slowly and artificial cultivation is more difficult. Therefore, people are studying the chemical structure of gastrodin and its active ingredients for artificial synthesis. In order to improve the clinical efficacy, the gastrodin derivative was further studied. The acetylated gastrodin used in this experiment (codenamed GO2) is one of the derivatives and it is the second generation of synthetic products.
