以电子信息为龙头的万亿高技术产业基地和以汽车研发制造的万亿高端制造产业基地,以现代制造业为主,以高端服务业为辅,打造宜业宜商宜居的国际化现代新城区。成都最终将建成城乡一体化,全面现代化,充分国际化的世界生态田园城市。10月21日,在成都世纪城娇子国际会议中心,由成都市人民政府主办,成都市投资促进委员会承办的“四川成都天府新区投资说明会暨项目签约仪式”上,重点推介了天府新区规划建设有关情况,并签约了一批重点项目。借此机会,我们采访了中共成都市委副书记、成都市市长葛红林,请他谈谈成都的投资优势和天府新区所带来的投资机遇等问题。
