我国国际法学硕士研究生课程体系存在诸多方面的问题,这与培养具有实践型、创新型、复合型法律人才的目标相背离。因此,各国际法学硕士研究生培养单位、教师、学生应积极寻求优化课程体系的途径。而我校作为财经类院校对于国际法学硕士研究生的培养应结合办学特色及优势,不拘泥于传统教学模式,采用多种形式教学,力求培养出符合时代需求的国际经济法学专门性人才。
There are many problems in the graduate course system of international law in our country, which is contrary to the goal of training law professionals with practical, innovative and complex knowledge. Therefore, all graduate students of international law schools, teachers and students should actively seek to optimize the curriculum system. However, as a university of Finance and Economics, we should combine the characteristics and advantages of running a school for the training of postgraduate students in international law. We should adopt various forms of teaching instead of sticking to the traditional teaching mode, and strive to cultivate special talents in international economic law in line with the needs of the times.
