金属制品生产中,广泛应用磷酸盐涂层提高中碳钢丝、高碳钢丝的润滑性能,以利于提高拉拔速度和钢丝表面的质量。我厂制品分厂磷化处理中消耗的磷酸有50%在钢丝磷化过程中生成白色的磷化渣。每年约有含水磷化渣96吨,经化验其成分含Fe~(+3)27.5%,Zn~(+2)2.35%,PO_4~(-3)51.8%。过去这些渣被丢弃或随水排放,造成污染。如何变废为宝,化害为利便成了我们的研究课题。
In the production of metal products, phosphate coating is widely used to improve the lubrication performance of medium carbon steel wire and high carbon steel wire in order to improve the drawing speed and the quality of the steel wire surface. I plant products phosphating phosphating treatment plant has 50% in the process of phosphating steel to generate white phosphating residue. Each year about 96 tons of hydrous phosphating slag, its composition contains 27.5% Fe ~ (+3), Zn ~ (+2) 2.35%, PO_4 ~ (-3) 51.8%. In the past these dregs were discarded or discharged with water, causing pollution. How to turn waste into treasure, harm for the convenience has become our research topic.
