利用热重质谱联用分析仪对水分含量不同的稻秆进行热解实验研究,并对热解过程的动力学特性进行分析。结果表明,稻杆中的水分含量对其热解的4个主要阶段都有重要的影响:水分延迟了热解失重峰的出现,同时也促进了稻杆的热解;不凝性小分子气体的析出量随稻杆原料水分含量增大而增大,主要焦油组分析出量则随之减小。对稻秆热解过程的动力学参数进行求解,所得预测值与实验结果能较好地吻合,同时讨论了稻杆热解过程的活化能与指前因子之间的动力学补偿效应。
The pyrolysis experiments of rice straw with different moisture content were carried out by TG-MS and the kinetic characteristics of the pyrolysis process were analyzed. The results showed that the moisture content of rice straw had an important effect on the four main stages of pyrolysis: the water delayed the appearance of the weight loss peak and promoted the pyrolysis of rice straw; the non-condensable small molecule gas The amount of precipitation increases with the moisture content of rice straw raw materials, the amount of the main tar component is reduced. The kinetic parameters of the rice straw pyrolysis process were solved. The predicted values were in good agreement with the experimental results. The kinetic compensation effect between the activation energy and the pre-exponential factors was also discussed.
