目的:研究者以前的31P-MRS研究表明肌炎患者的肌肉组织中P Cr(磷酸肌酸)、ATP和Mg2+水平较低。本研究目的在于:①给肌炎患者补充Cr、Mg2+;②用31P-MRS监测肌肉代谢物的变化。方法:5名皮肌炎或多发性肌炎患者采用Cr、Mg2+ 进行辅助治疗,并进行6个月的前瞻性开放性研究。Cr和 Mg2+的维持量分别是0.075 g/(kg·d)和800 mg/d。所有患者均能耐受这种治疗。在注射Cr、Mg2+前和注射后6个月行31P- MRS检查。定量计算PCr、ATP和Mg2+浓度。收集治疗前及治疗后第1、3和6个月时的临床资料,由内科医生进行肌力测试,并对肌肉功能进行评价。统计学分析采用配对两样本t检验。结果:实验期间,31P-MRS研究显示PCr的水平由17.6mmol/kg (肌肉湿重)升高到19.6 mmol/kg(肌肉湿重),增长了11%。 ATP水平由3.8 2mmol/kg(肌肉湿重)升高到4.14mmol/kg
PURPOSE: The investigators’ previous 31P-MRS studies showed that the levels of P Cr (creatine phosphate), ATP and Mg2 + were low in myositis patients. The purpose of this study was to: (1) Supplement Cr and Mg2 + to patients with myositis; (2) monitor the changes of muscle metabolites by 31P-MRS. METHODS: Five patients with dermatomyositis or polymyositis were treated with adjuvant Cr and Mg2 + and a prospective open-label study of six months. The maintenance levels of Cr and Mg2 + were 0.075 g / (kg · d) and 800 mg / d, respectively.
