本文主要结合笔者多年的工作经验,采取文献资料和数理统计的方法相结合,根据保定市城乡小学体育教师特征,首先对保定市城乡小学体育师资队伍差异性进行分析,分析其产生的原因,有针对性地提出几点缩短城乡小学体育师资队伍差距的策略,以期促进城乡小学体育教学事业共同发展,进而推动保定市小学体育教学事业的发展,给广大同仁提供参考借鉴。
