淄博市人社局紧紧围绕“民生为本、人才优先”工作主线,以开展“行政程序年”、“基层基础建设年”和“作风建设年”三项活动为抓手,坚持改革、创新、发展,不断加强基层公共服务平台建设,大力推进人社业务向基层延伸,逐步完善公共服务功能。截至2012年底,全市86个乡镇(街道)1681个社区(村)建立了人力资源社会保障服务平台,并实现了网络互通,覆盖市、区(县)、乡镇(街道)、社区(村)的四级公共服务平台体系初步形成,服务能力显著提升。
