电力企业客户的信用评价是市场研究的一个关键内容,电力客户的信用高低直接影响了电力公司的正常运营。在建立起电力企业客户信用评价指标体系的基础上,运用多级模糊综合评判的方法,对各参评公司客户信用进行了评价与比较,并依据评价结果进行排序,证实了该方法的现实可行性。
Credit rating of power company customers is a key part of market research. The credit level of power customers directly affects the normal operation of power companies. On the basis of setting up the index system of customer credit evaluation for electric power enterprises, the method of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to evaluate and compare the client credit of each participating company, and the ranking was based on the evaluation results, which proved the feasibility of the method .
