本文叙述了在烧结和球团混合料中添加不同量的橄榄石所做的篦式罐试验以及工业试验所得的结果。本文也列出了使用石灰石、白云石、镁砂、橄榄石和沙子添加剂的篦式罐试验的结果。实验的结论是:白云石在烧结混合料中的量必须保持在最小。在烧结混合料中用橄榄石代替白云石大大地改善了烧结生产。橄榄石添加到球团混合料中,改善了自由膨胀率和伯格哈特指数。但是对热耗、球团强度和粉化指数却有不利的影响。另一个结论是:就烧结厂和球团厂的可利用性来看,橄榄石对球团结果的不利影响可由烧结混合料中少用白云石所得到的好处弥补且还足足有余。高炉使用含量为3%的橄榄石球团,配以相应的烧结矿的效果比一般的酸性球团配以高碱度烧结矿的炉料的效果略微要好一些。而高炉使用含量为6%的橄榄石的球团矿配以相应的烧结矿却是令人失望的。
This article describes the grate can test with different amounts of olivine added to the sinter and pellet mixes, as well as the results from industrial tests. This article also lists the results of a grate canister test using limestone, dolomite, magnesia, olivine and sand additives. The experimental conclusion is that the amount of dolomite in the sinter mix must be kept to a minimum. The substitution of olivine for dolomite in the sinter mix has greatly improved the sintering production. Olivine was added to the pellet mix to improve the free expansion and Burghart index. However, there is an adverse effect on heat consumption, pellet strength and powder index. Another conclusion is that the adverse effect of olivine on the pellet results, in terms of the availability of the sinter plant and the pellet plant, can be compensated by the benefits derived from the less dolomite in the sinter mixes. The use of 3% olivine pellets in the blast furnace, with the corresponding sinter effect is slightly better than that of ordinary acid pellets with high alkalinity sinter charge. The blast furnace using 6% olivine pellets with corresponding sinter is disappointing.
