县级党政领导干部的思想政治素质如何,直接决定其班子战斗力的强弱,决定其职能任务能否顺利实现,决定其区域内各项事业发展的快慢。总的看来,我市县级党政领导干部的思想政治素质状况是好的或比较好的,但也不必讳言,近些年来也确实出了一些问题,有的还比较严重,主要表现为:信仰出现偏移;为人民服务观念淡化;党性观念淡薄;政治纪律性不强;名利权位思想滋长。这是当前应着重解决的问题。
The ideological and political qualifications of leading cadres at the county level and government directly determine the strength and weakness of the combat effectiveness of their own team and decide whether the functions and tasks of the party and the government can be successfully implemented and decide the pace of development of various undertakings in the region. In general, the ideological and political quality of leading cadres at the county level in our city is good or better, but there is no denying that some problems have indeed emerged in recent years. Some of them are still rather serious, mainly as follows: : Beliefs appear off; serve the people desalination; weak party spirit; political discipline is not strong; fame and fortune ideas grow. This is a current issue that should be resolved emphatically.
