高浓度异搏定才有弱的对抗豚鼠组胺和乙酰胆碱性哮喘的作用及抑制肺过敏性组胺释放的作用。异搏定与异丙肾上腺素(简称异丙)合用则可明显提高异丙对抗组胺和乙酰胆碱性哮喘、直接松弛气管平滑肌和抑制肺过敏性组胺释放的作用。异丙松弛气管平滑肌的作用与细胞外Ca~(2+)浓度、内Ca~(2+)释放无关,而与细胞内可利用的游离Ca~(2+)有关,故异丙影响Ca~(2+)转运的作用环节不同于异搏定。本文为临床合用异搏定与异丙治疗哮喘提供了实验根据。
High concentration of verapamil only weak antagonism of guinea pig histamine and acetylcholine asthma and the role of inhibition of pulmonary allergic histamine release. Verapamil combined with isoproterenol (referred to as isopropyl) can significantly enhance the role of isoprenaline against histamine and acetylcholine asthma, direct relaxation of tracheal smooth muscle and inhibition of pulmonary allergic histamine release. The effects of IPA on tracheal smooth muscle were not related to the extracellular Ca2 + concentration and intracellular Ca2 + release but to the available intracellular free Ca2 + (2+) transport of the role of the link is different from verapamil. This article provides an experimental basis for the clinical combination of verapamil and ip in the treatment of asthma.
