为了适应勘察设计单位改为企业的需要,并规范和加强的家设计企业的会计核算,根据《企业会计准则》的要求,财政部在调查研究的基础上,对勘察设计单位现行的会计核算制度进行了修改,制定了《勘究设计企业会计制度》(征求意见稿),于今年7月发出财会三字[1995]23号“中华人民共和国财政部关于印发《勘察设计企业会计制度》(征求意见稿)征求意见的通知”,随文附发征求意见稿给国务院建设部等5个部局和北京、天津、辽宁等七个省市的财政厅(局)征求意见.
In order to meet the need of surveying and designing units to change enterprises and standardize and strengthen accounting of home design enterprises, according to the requirements of Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises, on the basis of investigation and study, the Ministry of Finance examined the current accounting system of survey and design units (Draft for Comment and Opinion) issued in July this year, and issued the Third Financial Accounting [1995] No.23 Document of the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China on Printing and Distributing the Accounting System of Survey and Design Enterprises Draft for Comments), soliciting comments with the Ministry of Construction and other five ministries and commissions such as the State Council and the Finance Bureau (bureau) of the seven provinces and cities such as Beijing, Tianjin and Liaoning for comment.
