烟波浩渺的松花江,一座远近闻名的城市——冰城哈尔滨的街区道路如散落的星辰分布于江水的两侧。哈尔滨被誉为欧亚大陆桥的明珠,是第一条欧亚大陆桥和空中走廊的重要枢纽。哈尔滨城乡常住人口数量已达千万,是东北地区第一大城市。如此大的人口规模,它的卫生工作是如何进展的?当地卫生主管部门又有怎样的整体战略规划?就此,笔者采访了哈尔滨市卫生局党委书记、局长——慕莹。
