军事交通运输建设思想反映了国家经济发展脉络、国防发展战略、军事斗争准备等战略问题。中国人民解放军军事交通运输建设思想在革命战争中形成,新中国成立后又得到进一步丰富和发展,主要经历了4个发展阶段:20世纪30～50年代,军事交通运输线是军队作战的生命线;20世纪60～70年代,加快构筑中国国防交通网络体系;20世纪80年代,军事交通运输建设服从、服务于国家经济建设;20世纪90年代至今,军事交通运输建设着力提高应急保障能力和战略投送能力。本文在回顾与总结不同历史时期人民解放军军事交通运输建设思想发展的基础上,针对新时期国家安全环境的特点及人民解放军担负的历史使命,提出了加强军事交通运输建设的几点启示。
The thinking of military transport construction reflects the strategic issues of national economic development, national defense development strategy and preparation for military struggle. The thought of military transport construction by the Chinese People’s Liberation Army was formed in the revolutionary war. After its founding, New China further enriched and developed. It mainly underwent four stages of development: from the 1950s to the 1950s, the military transportation line was the lifeline of military operations; From the 1960s to the 1970s, we accelerated the construction of China’s national defense transportation network system. In the 1980s, military transport construction obeyed and served the national economic construction. From the 1990s to the present, military transport construction focused on improving emergency support capability and strategic investment Send ability. On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the development of PLA transport thought in different historical periods, this paper aims at the characteristics of national security environment in the new period and the historic mission of the People’s Liberation Army. It puts forward some enlightenments on strengthening military transport construction.
