财务预算管理是现代企业管理的重要组成部分。本文对我国企业财务预算管理中存在的问题进行了简要的阐述,对其形成的原因进行了探讨,并在此基础上提出了加强企业财务预算管理的一些对策与建议。
Financial budget management is an important part of modern business management. This article gives a brief exposition of the problems existing in the financial budget management of our country, and discusses the reasons for its formation. On this basis, some countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the financial budget management are put forward.
