本文报道硝苯吡啶20mg舌下含服对高血压病人的即时降压作用。观察三例严重高血压病患者,其中包括一例高血压危象。给药后3分钟血压即开始下降,30分钟时降压已相当明显,2或3小时达高峰,疗效至少持续5小时。同时测定的超声心动图显示左心室功能随血压下降而增强。未见不良付作用。作者讨论了研究结果,认为硝苯吡啶含服是一种简便安全、迅速有效的方法,值得进一步研究推广。
This article reports nifedipine 20mg sublingual administration of antihypertensive patients with immediate antihypertensive effect. Three patients with severe hypertension were observed, including one case of hypertensive crisis. 3 minutes after administration of blood pressure began to decline, 30 minutes when the blood pressure has been quite clear, 2 or 3 hours to reach the peak, the effect lasts at least 5 hours. Simultaneous echocardiography showed that left ventricular function increased with decreasing blood pressure. No bad effect. The authors discussed the results of the study, that nifedipine-containing service is a simple and safe, rapid and effective method, worthy of further study and promotion.
