邹涛,男,1962年生于宁夏,祖籍浙江衢州,1983年吉林大学法律系毕业,分配至公安部任职,1991年,旅居日本名古屋,自由书画篆刻艺术家。自1995年至今,在日本名古屋每日画廊、爱知县立艺术文化中心展览厅、中日画廊、美雅画廊、雅画廊、GARO画廊、京都大本山相国寺承天阁美术馆、中国美术馆、法国巴黎红桥画廊、北京鼎·美术馆等地举办个人书画篆刻艺术
Zou Tao, male, born in Ningxia in 1962 and native of Quzhou in Zhejiang Province. He graduated from Law Department of Jilin University in 1983 and was assigned to the Ministry of Public Security. In 1991, he resided in Nagoya, Japan and was a freelance calligraphy and seal cutting artist. Since 1995, the Nagoya Daily Gallery, Aichi Prefectural Arts and Cultural Center Exhibition Hall, Sino-Japanese Gallery, Meiya Gallery, Ya Gallery, GARO Gallery, Kyoto Shibuya Seimekaku Art Museum, Chinese Art Museum, Hongqiao Gallery, Paris, France, Beijing Museum of Art and other places to hold personal calligraphy and seal cutting art
