目的:了解组织学习考察这一激励措施对献血者今后捐献意愿的影响。方法:自行设计《无偿献血学习考察者情况调查表》进行问卷调查,并作统计分析。结果:北京、厦门两地考察者对今后的捐献意愿无明显差异;考察前后对愿意捐献机采、愿意一年捐献5次以上、愿意接受电话应急预约人数有明显差异,分别增长7.6%、8.8%和14.0%。结论:组织学习考察此项激励措施对发展固定自愿无偿机采血小板队伍有积极的意义。如果能根据现实情况制定具体的激励政策,对缓解机采血小板紧张局面将会起到不可估量的作用。市民的献血行为可受多种因素的影响,有关部门应该因势利导,综合运用各种手段和策略促进无偿献血的可持续发展。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the impact of this study on the willingness of donors to donate in the future. Methods: Self-designed questionnaire survey of unpaid blood donation study examiner, and make statistical analysis. Results: There was no significant difference in future willingness to donate between the two observers in Beijing and Xiamen. Before and after the survey, participants were willing to donate more than 5 times a year and were willing to accept telephone emergency booking. % And 14.0%. Conclusions: Organizational study to examine this incentive has positive implications for the development of a contingent of voluntary platelets. If we can formulate specific incentive policies according to the actual situation, it will play an inestimable role in alleviating the tension of platelet organism. Public blood donation behavior can be affected by many factors, the relevant departments should make the best use of various means and strategies to promote the sustainable development of voluntary blood donation.
