基本方茵陈蒿50克,土茯苓、蒲公英各30克,金钱草、鲜茅根各20克,猪苓、泽泻各12克,木瓜、苡仁、柴胡、甘草各10克。每日一剂,水煎分两次服。加减法;目黄、身黄、尿黄甚者加黄柏、栀子各12克;心烦口渴者加寸冬12克,花粉10克;肝区痛胀者加玄胡、郁金、枳实各10克;纳呆者加神曲15克,山楂20克;腹胀者加莱菔子30克,青皮10克;大便燥结者加大黄15克,麻仁30克;脾胃虚弱者加白术12克,山药18克,莲米15克。治疗结果痊愈(临床症状消失、肝功能恢复正常)88冽;好转(服药时诸症悉除,而未坚持治疗,一年后又复发)12例。典型病例邱××,女,26岁,工人,于1986
