本文介绍了四川省新都县在企业产权制度改革中的主要做法和经验。新都县企业产权制度改革的特点是：采取改、转、租、卖、并、破、分等多种形式，以建立健全政策体系为手段，建立产权流转体系为重点，组建产权监管体系为保证，实行综合配套改革。取得的主要成效是：１．理顺了产权关系及政企关系；２．优化了企业组织结构、资本结构及全县的产业结构；３．促进了经营范围、经营方式、经营管理、经营类别的转变
