一、诊断标准 1.发热,并有明显的尿频,尿急、腰酸、腰痛、肾区叩击病等症状和体征。 2.尿常规检查:白细胞++,红细胞++,上皮细胞+。 3.中段尿培养:共做40例,均为阳性。二、治疗情况与疗效观察复方磺胺异恶唑,每片含磺胺异恶唑(SIZ)0.4克,甲氧苄氨嘧啶(TMP)0.05克,一天4次,每次2片,7～14天为一疗程。治疗83例尿路感染,无论是急性的或反复发作的慢性的,初步认为都有明显的效果,总有效率达87%(见附表)。疗效快,服药后2～3天症状有明显的改善,7天左右症状完全消失,尿常规恢复
