本文以铝酸钠溶液中氢氧化铝的分解反应为基础,对铝酸钠溶液的平衡条件进行了探讨。在铝酸钠溶液的平衡固相中有数种生成物,对这些生成物的平衡条件和溶液的结构进行了研究和论述。在一般的氧化铝生产的分解条件下,主要是生成三水铝石。在非常稀薄的铝酸钠溶液中,存在着铝酸的加水分解平衡。但在工业条件下,加水分解平衡显著不同,表现出铝酸离子和水分子以及铝酸离子之间的相互作用的影响。文中指出,从过饱和到达饱和状态的过程中,是可能存在着聚合离子的。
Based on the decomposition reaction of aluminum hydroxide in sodium aluminate solution, the equilibrium conditions of sodium aluminate solution were discussed. There are several products in the equilibrium solid phase of sodium aluminate solution, and the equilibrium conditions of these products and the structure of the solution are studied and discussed. Under the general decomposition conditions of alumina production, gibbsite is mainly formed. In very dilute sodium aluminate solutions, there is an equilibrium of hydration of aluminic acid. However, under the industrial conditions, the equilibrium of hydrolysis is significantly different, showing the influence of the interaction between the aluminate ions and the water molecules and the aluminate ions. It is pointed out in the paper that during the process of saturation from saturation to saturation, there may be polymerized ions.
