The Chinese stock market’s financing function gets weaker since the IPO stopped last August. While at the same time, Chinese economy is developing very fast and becomes more internationally-oriented. The Chinese companies are in great need of refinance. Therefore, more and more outstanding big companies went to overseas stock market in order to finance efficiently. Being faced with the competition of overseas stock exchanges, give the Chinese stock exchanges more restriction or more freedom? That is a problem need to be pondered.
