为了探讨磁场对机体非特异性免疫功能的影响,本文设计了细胞免疫和体液免疫的三项试验:即磁场对小白鼠 T 淋巴细胞玫瑰花结形成率影响的试验,磁场对小白鼠腹腔巨噬细胞功能影响的试验,和测定磁场对家兔补体总量的影响.试验所得数据经统计学处理,p 均大于0.05.表明本实验所用表面磁场强度,作用时间等因素对以上三项试验没有显著影响.
In order to investigate the effect of magnetic field on the non-specific immune function of the body, three experiments of cellular immunity and humoral immunity were designed: the experiment of the influence of magnetic field on the formation rate of rosette of T lymphocytes in mice, and the magnetic field of mouse peritoneal macrophages. The effects of the test and the effect of magnetic field on the total amount of complement in rabbits were tested. The data obtained from the experiment were statistically analyzed and the p-values were all greater than 0.05. It was indicated that the surface magnetic field strength and the action time used in this experiment had no significant effect on the above three tests. .
