尽人皆知,英语文学作品翻译不只是对作品的单词和词组举行精确的翻译,更是对文学的一种文化顺应。在对英语文学进行翻译的时候,译者不仅要熟练运用翻译技能,还要针对各国文化不同,对作品做出适应本国文化的翻译。一旦将纯熟运用翻译技能和对文化差异的顺应这两者都做到,就可以把英语文学的作品精确恰当得翻译成契合中文读者的语言习惯,翻译成符合中国人读书习惯的中文作品。
It is well known that the translation of English literary works is not only an accurate translation of the words and phrases of the work, but also a cultural adaptation to literature. When translating English literature, the translator not only proficiently uses translation skills, but also translates the works into different cultures according to different cultures. Once skillful use of translation skills and adaptation to cultural differences is achieved, the works of English literature can be translated precisely and appropriately into Chinese that meets the needs of Chinese readers, in accordance with the language habits of Chinese readers.
