民航飞行人员精神病,国内未见报道,现将1957～1988年发生的11例,报告如下。 1 一般资料 11例均为男性。飞行员5例,领航员2例,通信员3例,机械员1例。飞行机种:三叉戟、安-24、伊尔-18、伊尔-14、里-2、运-5等。飞行时间:250～4 600 h,平均1 628 h。发病年龄:20～44岁,平均30岁。发病至停飞时间:2个月～24个月,平均13个月。其中4例反复发作3～4次才被停飞。 11例占1957～1988年神经精神科停飞人数的16.67％,占因身体原因停飞总人数的 Civilian flight personnel mental illness, no reports of domestic, now 1957 to 1988 occurred in 11 cases, the report is as follows. 1 General Information 11 cases were men. 5 pilots, 2 pilots, 3 communicators and 1 mechanic.
