目的探讨头痛宁胶囊联合氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗更年期妇女偏头痛的疗效以及对5-羟色胺(5-HT)和白介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法 60例偏头痛的更年期妇女为研究对象,以入院病例号为编号,根据随机数字表,随机分成两组,每组30例。对照组给予常规西药氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组患者同时联合头痛宁胶囊治疗。治疗6周后,评估头痛指数(VAS评分法),并测定治疗前后患者体内电解质、5-TH、IL-6。药物不良反应监测运用TESS不良反应量表。结果观察组总有效率90.00%(27/30)优于对照组的73.33%(22/30),P<0.05;观察组患者K+水平(4.56±0.6)mmol/L低于对照组的(4.78±0.3)mmol/L;观察组患者Mg2+水平(0.83±0.06)mmol/L高于对照组的(0.77±0.07)mmol/L;5-TH、IL-6分别为(297.4±11.2)ng/L和(9.4±2.6)ng/L,前者高于对照组,后者低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组VAS评分和TESS评分分别为(2.8±0.7)分和(5.3±0.8)分,均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论头痛宁胶囊联合氟桂利嗪胶囊可明显降低更年期妇女偏头痛指数,安全性高,平衡电解质水平,纠正5-TH、IL-6水平。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of headache ning capsule combined with flunarizine capsule on migraine in climacteric women and its effects on the levels of 5-HT and interleukin-6 (IL-6). Methods Sixty menopausal women with migraine were enrolled in this study. Based on the number of admission cases, the patients were randomly divided into two groups (30 in each group). The control group was given conventional flunarizine capsules, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Tongtongning capsule at the same time. After 6 weeks of treatment, the headache index (VAS score) was evaluated, and the electrolytes, 5-TH, and IL-6 in the patients before and after the treatment were measured. Adverse drug reactions monitoring using TESS adverse reaction scale. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.00% (27/30), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (73.33%, 22/30) (P <0.05). The K + level in the observation group (4.56 ± 0.6) mmol / L was lower than that in the control group ± 0. 3 mmol / L). The level of Mg2 + in the observation group (0.83 ± 0.06) mmol / L was significantly higher than that in the control group (0.77 ± 0.07 mmol / L) L and (9.4 ± 2.6) ng / L, respectively. Conclusion Touttongning capsule combined with flunarizine capsules can significantly reduce the migraine index in menopausal women, high safety, balance electrolyte levels, correct 5-TH, IL-6 levels.
