本文认为，现代企业制度中的产权结构多元化呈现为一种网络状、交叉立体分布的格同，不是某一种权利，而是一组权利，即是一种权利束。在现代企业产权制度中，企业产权一般都表现为一定数量的资产产权权利束的排列组合。推行现代企业制度必须把政企分开作为一个重要目标，而企业产权多元化、分散比是实现这个目标的必要条件。企业产权结构多元化、分散化之后，企业的重大问题由多元化的投资者进行决策，反过来还可从促使政府职能的转换，否则，在目前的权力和利益结构下，要真正推行现代企业制度，使政企分开，无疑是很困难的。
This article thinks that the diversification of the property rights structure in the modern enterprise system presents a kind of network-like, cross-dimensional distribution of similarities and differences, not a certain kind of rights, but a group of rights, that is, a bundle of rights. In the modern enterprise property rights system, the property rights of enterprises generally represent a certain number of asset property rights bundles. The implementation of a modern enterprise system must separate government from enterprise as an important goal, and the diversification and decentralization of enterprise property rights are necessary conditions for achieving this goal. After the diversification and decentralization of corporate property rights structure, the major problems of enterprises are decided by diversified investors, which in turn can promote the transformation of government functions. Otherwise, under the current structure of power and interests, it is necessary to truly promote modern enterprises. It is undoubtedly difficult for the system to separate government from enterprises.
