为探讨小儿咽侧间隙肿瘤的临床特征，报告4例小儿咽侧间隙肿瘤患儿的诊治体会。结合临床提出诊断本病宜通过CT扫描，先确定肿瘤的大小和范围，再选择颈侧径路摘除肿瘤。结果治疗的4例患儿均获得了肯定的效果。并且提示手术中应注意保护重要的血管和神经。
In order to explore the clinical features of children with pharyngeal space tumor, report of 4 cases of pediatric children with pharyngeal space tumor diagnosis and treatment experience. Combined with clinical diagnosis of the disease should pass CT scan, first determine the size and scope of the tumor, and then select the neck side of the tumor removal. Results The treatment of 4 cases of children have received a positive effect. And prompt surgery should pay attention to protect important blood vessels and nerves.
