In the process of the popularization of higher education, the ideological and political work of undergraduates has received more and more attention. This paper analyzes the main manifestations of mental health problems of college students in different grades and explores effective strategies to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political work, which lays the foundation for the all-round development of college students.
