随着时代和经济的发展,建筑工程飞速的发展,建筑工程经营管理是工程建设管理的重要的组成部分,特别在房屋建设方面,对于工程项目有着至关重要的作用和影响。当前亟待解决的问题就是房屋建设受多方面因素存在在很多问题与不足,亟待解决。这些问题主要表现在经营管理体系和施工单位等方面。为了解决这些问题,企业要加强工程经营管理的力度,必在实际操作中采取相应有效的策略,推行工程管理责任制和预算成本管理,并做好工程结算管理。
With the development of economy and times, the rapid development of construction engineering, management of construction projects is an important part of construction management. Especially in the construction of houses, it plays an important role in construction projects. At present, the urgent problem to be solved is that there are many problems and deficiencies in housing construction due to many factors and are in urgent need of solution.
