内张蹄式制动器在各种车辆和工程机械中广泛应用.但原有蹄式制动器摩擦片比压不相等,摩损不均匀,摩擦材料利用不充分,而且磨损较快。本文提出摩擦片等比压设计原则,导出了相应的设计计算公式。并用实例证明,等比压设计与原有设计相比,节省摩擦材料22%;按同一许用比压条件,制动力矩提高37%;对于实现相同的制动力矩,摩擦片最大比压降低27%。
The inner brake shoe is widely used in all kinds of vehicles and construction machinery.But the original brake shoe is not equal in pressure and friction, the friction material is not fully used, and wear faster. In this paper, the design principle of friction plate isobserved, and the corresponding design formulas are derived. The example shows that the equivalent pressure design saves 22% of the friction material compared with the original design, and the braking torque increases by 37% at the same allowable pressure ratio. The maximum specific pressure of the friction plate is reduced for the same braking torque 27%.
