目的探讨125Ⅰ粒子近距离照射治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的临床价值。方法采用CT或B超引导经皮穿刺植入和术中植入法治疗35例恶性肿瘤患者。结果术后有效率85.71%,患者肿块明显缩小,临床症状明显改善,并发症少,生存期延长,无手术相关性死亡。结论125Ⅰ粒子近距离照射治疗恶性肿瘤,能缓解疼痛,改善患者的生活质量。是一种合理、安全、有效治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of 125 Ⅰ particle brachytherapy in the treatment of advanced malignant tumors. Methods CT or B-guided percutaneous implantation and intraoperative implantation of 35 cases of malignant tumor patients. Results After operation, the effective rate was 85.71%. The mass of the patient was significantly reduced, the clinical symptoms were significantly improved, fewer complications, prolonged survival, and no operative related death. CONCLUSION: 125I particles can be used to treat malignant tumors in close range, which can relieve pain and improve the quality of life of patients. Is a reasonable, safe and effective treatment.
