根据录井钢丝裂纹漏磁场试验结果,建立了定量检测钢丝裂纹的试验模型,且研制了录井钢丝裂纹定量检测系统。该系统在探伤传感器中采用聚磁环收集空间分布的漏磁场,提高了检测灵敏度;系统采用了空间域信号的时空混合采样方法,以利于检测数据用微型计算机处理;采用串行通信接口设计数据采集系统,简化了接口设计。试验与实际应用表明,录井钢丝裂纹定量检测系统具有对录井钢丝裂纹信号的提取、裂纹的定位和基于试验模型的裂纹状况的智能识别等定量评价优点。实现了录井钢丝裂纹的准确定位和定量评价。
According to the leakage magnetic field test result of wire crack in logging well, a test model for quantitatively detecting steel wire crack was established, and a quantitative detection system of wire crack in logging well was developed. The system uses polymagnetic ring to collect the leakage magnetic field in the detection sensor and improve the detection sensitivity. The system uses spatial-temporal mixed sampling method of spatial domain signal to facilitate the detection of data using a microcomputer. The serial communication interface design data Acquisition system, simplifying the interface design. The experiment and practical application show that the logging wire crack quantitative detection system has the advantages of quantitative evaluation such as the extraction of cracked wire signal, the location of crack and the intelligent identification of the crack status based on the experimental model. It realizes accurate positioning and quantitative evaluation of wire crack in logging well.
