目的研制代偿头位测量仪。方法根据代偿头位发生机理及三维特点,应用厚度2.0mm透明有机玻璃,利用电脑雕刻技术,制成两侧及前方为量角器,上方安置一个带刻度(0°~360°)指南针的四方体,每个量角器中心安有微型轴承指针,计量单位为0°~90°,利用重力作用及指南针指向恒定的特点,将该正方体通过固定头套置于头顶可同时精确测量水平、旋转及垂直代偿头位度数。此仪器能准确、方便的对代偿头位进行定量测量,对代偿头位诊断、手术设计及疗效评价极为有用。结论代偿头位测量仪对代偿头位诊断、手术设计及疗效评价有重要意义,有临床推广和实用价值。
