本文报告用四氯化碳诱导离体大鼠肝脏脂质过氧化,在诱导过程中,测定红豆茶和花茶的阻抑效应。结果表明,红豆茶和花茶都具有明显地抑制离体大鼠肝脏脂质过氧化的作用,并存在剂量效应关系。花茶抑制脂质过氧化的作用比红豆茶的大。
This paper reports the induction of lipid peroxidation in isolated rat liver using carbon tetrachloride. During the induction process, the inhibitory effect of red bean tea and camellia sinensis was determined. The results showed that both red bean tea and camellia flower could obviously inhibit the lipid peroxidation in isolated rat liver and there was dose-effect relationship. Flower tea inhibition of lipid peroxidation than red bean tea.
