林业跨越式发展主要是指从传统林业向现代林业的跨越,它包括经济、社会、生态三个方面的现代化。国家支持、社会需求和全民参与是实现林业跨越式发展的主要动因。应以技术创新、要素投入、结构调整和制度创新为支撑点,按客观规律办事,早日实现我国林业的跨越式发展。
The leapfrog development of forestry mainly refers to the leap from traditional forestry to modern forestry, which includes the modernization of economy, society and ecology. National support, social needs and participation of all people are the main motives for realizing the leapfrog development of forestry. We should take technical innovation, input of factors, structural adjustment and system innovation as the supporting points and act according to objective laws so as to realize the leap-forward development of forestry in our country as soon as possible.
