卫办医管发〔2013〕16号各省、自治区、直辖市卫生厅局,新疆生产建设兵团卫生局:2013年2月2日,我部接辽宁省卫生厅报告,辽宁省丹东东港市医疗保险门诊部(以下简称东港医保门诊部)发生群体性丙肝感染事件。经判定,该事件为一起重大群体性医院感染责任事故。事件的发生,暴露出个别地区基层医疗机构医疗执业行为、医疗安全管理和医院感染控制方面存在重大问题。现将有关情况通报如下:
Health Administration of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Health Bureau: On February 2, 2013, the department received the report of Liaoning Provincial Department of Health, Liaoning Dandong Donggang Medical Insurance Clinic Department (hereinafter referred to Donggang Medicare clinics) occurred in groups of hepatitis C infection. The decision was that the incident was a major group hospital infection accident. The occurrence of the incident revealed major problems in medical practice, medical safety management and hospital infection control in grass-roots medical institutions in some areas. The relevant information is as follows:
