能否切实做好党的理论教育工作,事关党的前途和命运。党的理论教育队伍的重要历史使命就是传播党的理论,不断推进马克思主义大众化。但是,在党的理论教育实践中,有的理论教育工作者缺乏马克思主义理论思维,不能自觉运用马克思主义立场、观点和方法开展教学工作。克服这一现象的关键是要坚持习近平总书记提出的严以治教的工作作风,严格用是否真懂真信真用马克思主义这个标准,通过从严执纪加强对党的理论教育队伍的管理。
