一、以研究促进教研工作的创新1.教研工作重在研究教研室的职能主要是研究、指导、服务,在这三大职能中,研究是先导,是进行指导、服务的前提和基础。当前教学研究应该以新课程为导向,从学生发展、教师成长和学校发展的需要出发,紧紧围绕新课程实施的问题来开展。在教育教学理论、教学实践、教师发展、考试与评价、课程开发和管理等方面的研究中不断提高研究层次和水平。只有把研究贯穿教研室全部工作的始终,才能够更好地对学校和教师进行指导和服务。
