1.故障现象 485型柴油机新换缸套、活塞、活塞环,喷油泵、喷油器在试验台进行了调试。在20℃时电起动不成功,需注入起动液才能勉强起动。起动后发动机怠速运转正常,但排气冒烟严重。提高发动机转速时,发动机“当、当”异响。485型柴油发动机装于汽车上,低速运行时声音正常,高速运行时异响严重,发动机明显无力。驾驶员讲气门间隙和供油时间均无问题,那么“病根”又在何方呢?
