一、概述 本系统应用在徐钢镀锌焊管厂由日本引进的KHP-11U3″焊管机组上,高频机的主要技术参数是: 工作电压:380V,可控硅交流调压 工作频率:350~380kHz 输入功率:250kVA 系统采用微机DDC的PID控制方式,其控制原理如图1所示。探头测得的温度信号经光导纤维传输到温度探测器,经光电转换、分离、检波之后,温度探测器输出0~1mA直流电流信号,由接口电路进行I/V、A/D变换,成为数字量进入微机,进行PID运算,
