现场管理是现代企业管理的有机组成部分。现代企业管理作为一个大系统,现场管理就是其中一个区域性的子系统。这个大系统应该包括供应者、投入、流程、产出与顾客。由于在英文中没有相对的字眼来表示“现场”一词,所以流程一般指工作场所。其实这些系统、流程和各种工作场所并不都是现场,只有那些可以直接为顾客增加附加值的关键资源和工作流才能称作现场。衡量现场的尺度应该是顾客对其的满意状况。由此不难发现,企业管理中
