近年来,广大医疗卫生类非营利组织在社会医疗服务领域发挥着越来越重要的角色,得到了公众的充分肯定和广泛赞同。不仅有效的弥补了政府方面对医疗公共卫生方面投入不足的情况,使我国的医疗卫生服务供需结构得到一定的改善,而且使医疗卫生服务的观念得到了改变。由于我国的非营利组织起步比较晚,各种体制还不够健全,存在着诸多不规范不健全的情况,深化社会组织管理改革,培育和发展社会组织,发挥社会组织功能作用,必须创新体制,放宽准入政策,拓宽医疗卫生服务供给空间。同时医疗卫生类非营利组织需要加强自身建设,提高其公信力和医疗卫生服务水平,促进社会和谐稳定,都具有十分重要的现实意义。
In recent years, the majority of medical and health non-profit organizations play an increasingly important role in the field of social medical services and have been fully affirmed and widely endorsed by the public. It not only makes up for the government’s lack of investment in medical public health effectively, but also improves the supply and demand structure of medical and health service in our country. And the concept of medical and health service has been changed. Since our non-profit organizations started relatively late, all kinds of systems are still not sound enough and there are many unsound and unsound cases. We must deepen the reform of social organization and management, cultivate and develop social organizations, and give full play to the function of social organizations. We must innovate the system and relax Admission policies to broaden the supply of medical and health services. At the same time, medical non-profit organizations need to strengthen their own building, improve their credibility and medical and health services, and promote social harmony and stability, all of which are of great practical significance.
