以山东某高速公路隧道的工程实例为依托,根据新奥法修筑隧道的特点,采用收敛仪、激光断面仪对拱顶下沉和周围收敛位移进行了动态监控量测,结合当地的地质条件和理论分析,运用Origin数据处理软件对该公路隧道的实测数据分别进行三种不同的曲线函数的回归分析,通过分析得出:拱顶下沉和周边位移收敛量采用指数函数进行拟合效果最佳,确定了拱顶下沉和周边收敛的变化规律和最终值,并提出了二衬施作的合理时间,最后通过拱顶下沉和周边收敛的沉降速率评价了该断面围岩的稳定性。该结论表明了隧道施工过程中进行监控量测的必要性,该方法为提高该类似软弱围岩隧道结构物的使用安全性和可靠度提供必要的基础信息,为类似工程提供参考和指导性建议。
Based on the engineering practice of a highway tunnel in Shandong province, the dynamic monitoring and measurement of the settlement of the dome and the surrounding arch were carried out by using the convergence instrument and laser profilometer according to the characteristics of the tunnel constructed by the New Austrian Law. Combined with the local geological conditions and Theoretical analysis, the use of Origin data processing software on the road tunnel measured data were three different regression analysis of the curve function, the analysis shows that: the vault sinking and the surrounding displacement convergence using the exponential function to fit the best , The law of variation and final value of dome subsidence and perimeter convergence were determined, and a reasonable time for lining application was proposed. Finally, the stability of surrounding rock in this section was evaluated by the settlement rate of vault subsidence and peripheral convergence. The conclusion shows the necessity of monitoring and measuring in tunnel construction. The method provides the necessary basic information for improving the safety and reliability of the tunnel structure with similar weak surrounding rock, and provides reference and guidance for similar projects .
