今年3月,省纪委要求我省党政机关事业单位要进一步规范公用车的配备、审批权限和使用管理,严格执行省委、省政府于近期下发的《关于重申全省党政机关事业单位购买配备和使用小汽车管理规定的通知》,规定凡拖欠工资的县(市、区)和乡镇党政机关、事业单位,一律不得用本级财政资金购买小汽车等。
In March this year, the provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection requested the party and government agencies and public institutions in our province to further standardize the equipment, examination and approval authority and use management of public vehicles, and strictly enforce the requirements of the State Council and the provincial government on reaffirming the “ Notice on the Purchase, Distribution and Use of Car Administration Regulations ”stipulating that all counties (cities, districts) and township Party and government organs and public institutions that owe wages should not use their own financial resources to buy cars.
