坚持群众公认原则选拔任用干部,不断提高干部选任公信度,是党中央在新时期、新阶段提出对干部选任的新要求。选拔任用干部必须坚持群众公认原则。然而在提高干部选任公信度中坚持群众公认原则还存在着一些问题,只有坚持选拔任用干部指导思想的科学化、工作程序的规范化、群众参与的透明化和工作全程的的监督化,才能真正的坚持群众公认提高选拔任用干部的公信度。
Upholding the Recognized Principle of the Masses The selection and appointment of cadres and the continuous improvement of the credibility of selecting cadres are the new requirements put forth by the party Central Committee in the new period and the new phase of the appointment of cadres. Selection and appointment of cadres must adhere to the principle of public recognition. However, there are still some problems in upholding the principle of public recognition in improving the credibility of selecting cadres. Only by adhering to the scientific guideline of selecting and appointing cadres, the standardization of working procedures, the transparency of mass participation and the supervision of the entire workforce can the real Adhere to the Recognition of the Masses and Increase the Credibility of Cadres for Selection and Appointment.
