本文探讨长效醋酸甲孕酮避孕针(DMPA)对中国妇女骨质代谢的影响。自愿使用150mg DMPA避孕者30人为实验组;采用阴茎套避孕者30人组成对照组。1a后测定两组血清雌二醇(E2)、血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、尿钙/肌酐(Ca/Cr)、尿羟脯氨酸/肌酐(Hyp/Cr)及非惯用臂桡尺骨超远端骨矿含量(BMC)、骨矿密度(BMD)。结果显示:两组血清雌二醇、血清碱性磷酸酶、尿钙/肌酐、尿羟脯氨酸/肌酐差异无显著性(P>0.05),两组臂桡尺骨超远端骨矿含量、骨矿密度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。这说明使用 DMPA 1a对中国妇女骨质代谢无影响。
This article discusses the effect of long-acting medroxyprogesterone acetate (DMPA) on bone metabolism in Chinese women. 30 volunteers who used 150 mg DMPA contraceptives voluntarily as the experimental group; 30 people who used condoms as the control group. Serum estradiol (E2), serum alkaline phosphatase (AKP), urinary calcium / creatinine (Ca / Cr), urinary hydroxyproline / creatinine (Hyp / Cr) Super distal bone mineral content (BMC), bone mineral density (BMD). The results showed that serum estradiol, serum alkaline phosphatase, urinary calcium / creatinine, urinary hydroxyproline / creatinine were not significantly different between the two groups (P> 0.05) Content, bone mineral density no significant difference (P> 0.05). This shows that the use of DMPA 1a has no effect on Chinese women’s bone metabolism.
